Black Powder NPS Training and Certification

The National Park Service has agreed to hold another Black Powder Training and Certification Class at the Cowpens National Battlefield site on Saturday morning, November 4 at 9:00 am.  The class is open to all OVTA members. Bring a flintlock in good operating condition.  NO CAPLOCKS!
