The OVTA is governed by elected Officers and Board of Directors. They are listed below The Overmountain Victory Trail Association (OVTA) is a 501-(c)3 not for profit organization. We are structured with a Board of Directors and officers. Two Directors are elected from Seven different Regions along the Trail along with 4 At-Large seats. At-Large Directors can be from any part of the World. Our officers consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
